How is my weight after pregnancy doing??? |
I was 220 pounds with my baby and I am down to 147 pounds now (at height 5'2"). What is a good weight to stop at??? Not knowing your age, it is hard to make an accurate answer. But in all actuality, for that height, I think you should be less than that. Somewhere around 135 max. Source(s): Knowledge is Power average weight for a female 5 foot 2 inches tall is 110. Taking that into consideration, you could go 5 to 10 pounds in either direction according to your bone structure. I would stop at 110, but lose down to at least 120. :) congratulations on the baby, btw :) 100 considering u r 5 ft 2 |
