Pregnancy weight??? anyone else battle this? |
I had my baby girl 10 months ago, and I've been struggling to lose the weight I was 170 when I got pregnant and I droped to 180 right after having her and I've been trying everything but it's like I'm stuck at 190, the scale doesn't budge! Anyone else have this problem, and did anything work!? You need to do more than try first of all. If it is important for you to lose the weight, you need to eat healthy and excersize, not try to. Also you need to be doing more than walking. You need to get to the gym, lift some weights (more muscle helps you burn calories faster) and do some real cardio. Walking is not going to get the job done, you need to work if you want results. |
