What type of herbs can I take for Premenstrual Syndrome & Endometritus? |
I do not want to take prescribed medicines as they have serious side effects and I cannot take birth control pills as they make my veins swell. I have heard of this stuff called Estogen w/ soy & black kohash. or the Estrogen PMS ... Has any one had any side effects from any of these? Also, do they work? I saw that they are available over the counter but I am hesitant to take them until I research more. I am also, looking for something that will releive migraines, headaches naturally. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Here are some all natural supplements that are very effective for PMS and most also are very helpful for relieving headaches. GLA Complex: regains hormonal imbalance by minimizing fluctuations due to nutrient deficiency B-Complex: helps regain hormonal imbalance; reduces stress; reduces water Alfalfa Complex: reduce trace mineral deficiencies; reduces water retention; anti-inflammatory especially for sinus pressure Lecithin: insulates nerve bundles; absorptive aid for all fat soluble nutrients OsteoMatrix: reduces cramps; reduces insomnia; reduces vascular tension Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or if you wish to know the brand I use. |
