Progesterone Cream to help TTC? |
Does anyone know of a good over the counter Progesterone Cream to help with TTC? I've tried a couple of brands in the past and they haven't worked. I did some research, though, and there is one brand that was clinical studied by an independent researcher and found to have the same rate of exposure as prescribed progesterone. I ordered some and will be trying it this month. The brand is Pro-gest by Emerita. i dont think you use it when ttc but rather when your actually pg. If you have normal progesterone numbers (you may want to get checked out) its better NOT to use it cause it can throw your body out. It could, if your body is not producing enough progesterone. K, the first poster apparently doesn't know much about Progesterone. Sometimes it NEEDS to be used while TTC in order to maintain a pregnancy early on. |
