Did the progesterone cream delay my period? |
I stopped using progesterone 4 days before my cycle was due b/c I tested negative for pregnancy, but my cycle isn't here...could it be due to the progesterone? This was my first month on it and I will take a pregnancy test today because the last one I took was a little early (6 days before my period)..just wondered if anyone had any experience with this That is exactly what progesterone does, it delays your body from starting its period to give a pregnancy chance to implant. So it could very well be from the cream or it could be a pregnancy. I'd try to take another test when your cycle is officially late and if thats negative discuss the issue with your doctor. |
