How does a Progesterone cream work? |
Isn't it tricky that you massage it in your body parts, and it helps your hormones? You rub the cream on you inner thigh or inner arm or tummy (areas where you have a high number of capillaries). You rub it in like lotion. It's a prescription ONLY. You massage it into your arms, legs or belly. It's absorbed into your body. All kinds of things can be absorbed into your body. That's why pregnant women shouldn't use ANYTHING without their doctor's knowledge. Good luck getting answers about this, I asked last night. What I came up with according to google, some women have low progesterone so they buy the cream. You put it on places you blush or get warm...Cheeks, hands, chest etc. Only take it AFTER you're sure you ovulated or it will prevent ovulation. Apparently if you have low prog. its hard to carry a pregnancy to term. Progesterone need to be injected into a muscle. It helps to hold a pregnancy. You cannot do this by yourself. Consult a fertility doctor. Don't be afraid. Many of us have done this and got pregnant. i had low progesterone and used shots for a months which wasn't so effective then i used progesterone suppositories for another month which was quite effective i never used cream my DR didn't recommend it. |
