Why do I have to wait to get pregnant to be but on progesterone....? |
I've had 2 miscarriages, why did my doctor tell me to make an appointment with her as soon as i find out i'm pregnant again....I miscarry early...who says i'd have time to wait acouple days....shouldnt i be on it now!? Taking progesterone without being pregnant can delay your period (basically mess with your cycle). IDK why they would make you wait. I know a girl that miscarried twice they started her on progesterone, and within a few weeks she was pregnant, and now at 31 weeks her and her husband are expecting a baby girl. My sister in law also had this problem, and although they started her on Progesterone around 5 weeks, she still miscarried at 12 weeks, due to low progesterone levels. Talk to your doctor and find out why she wants you to wait, or see about getting a 2nd opinion.. |
