Why did using progesterone suppositories improve my menstrual symptoms? |
For the last 2 months, I have been using progesterone suppositories after ovulation and, despite hearing that it does the opposite, my cramps are a lot milder than usual. Interestingly, there has been no tissue or clotting these past 2 months, as has been happening a lot lately. I never used to have so much clotting and in the last 2 years, it's been ridiculous. I've never been on progesterone during AF but I have read that some women use progesterone cream during their AF to help with cramping. I'm not sure how it works. Maybe it helps with clots somehow???? Just a thought.... |
