My dad has rheumatoid arthritis. he is overweight and sleeps all day he wonders y he is sore. wont exerci?

I'm not entirely sure of what the end of your question is but, my mom suffers from the same thing and usually the doctor that is treating your dad can help because they usually give a sheet of exercises they can do to increase their activity level. Sometimes it takes you personally going with your parent in order to ask the right questions or any questions at all, also try to encourage your dad to exercise by trying to exercise with him... Good luck and don't give up.
