What exercise routine can I do for Rheumatoid arthritis? |
I would like to get on an exercise routine that is good for building muscle every where on my body. The problem is I can become very sore , very easily along with fatigue. I guess I am not asking what type of exercises to do because I can do just about any type of exercise ( like to firm up stomach and arms and legs). I just have to limit how much I can do daily so then I am not sure if I am getting results. Would small amounts daily be good or just doing moderate to heavy exercising a couple of days a week? I have been told different ways by different physical therapists and doctors. I am confused. Thanks! I don't know what country you are in but in Canada we have a national Arthritis society and suspect the U.S. and Britain would have the same. Go to your local office and they will give you pamphlets with this information. If you don't have a local office try googling them and you will find that stuff on their website. tie chi |
