Would all will Methotraxate affect in a person who takes it weekly for Rheumatoid arthritis? ?

As in : Will it affect moods- good and bad, make a normal libido become very low, can it cause depression, make a person quick to anger? I know it can upset a person's stomach.

MTX will affect each person differently. Just as each RA patient is affected differently.
Being sick with a chronic illness affects you also. Add medications into the pot and who knows what will happen. It can take a while to sort thru the side effects of the medications and the effect of the disease.
If you're noticing mood changes and the RA dx is new, you should consider talking to a therapist. It's difficult to be diagnosed with an illness that cannot be cured. Grieving the old you is normal and learning how to thrive in your current condition can be difficult.
I was dx'd with lupus 12 yrs ago and I still have moments of grief, longing for the old me. But there's no going back. I can only move foward and make the best of my current situation.

Methotraxate is a very toxic drug used in the treatment of immune system diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and SLE (lupus). Like all medications it will effect different people in different ways. If you are having really severe reactions to it you must tell your Rheumatologist as there are other drugs available...it is a matter of finding the right medication for you. No matter what you take there are always going to be side effects so you will have to expect some. If you are on prednisone as well this will cause the symptoms you have described so it may well be this that is the cause of you problems and not the Metho.

Well methotrexate has many side effects, and mood disorders is one, but not the most common. It can cause dizziness; headache; loss of appetite; mild hair loss; nausea; stomach pain or upset; tiredness; vomiting. There has been some reports of patients claiming of mood changes, like being more upset or angry. But this does not happened to everybody, like I said is one of the least common side effects. I've been taken methotrexate in tablets twice a week for over three years, I have rheumatoid arthritis, and every two months I have some blood tests done and go to see my rheumatologist. I've had some side effects, like stomach distress, tiredness, anemia, but I take medications for that. I have not experienced mood changes, sometimes I feel fatigue and don't even want to come out of bed, specially when I'm in pain, but it's part of the disease too, so I stick to my medication, exercise, and keep going. Every person is different, and not everyone responds the same way to a particular drug, so that is why is important to keep a close follow up with the specialist to see if the drug is working or if it's affecting more than the benefits one is having.

I started MTX not too long ago, for sarcoid. On the lower does, the side effects aren't that bad. I find it more of a pain to go for blood draws every 2 weeks, then the MTX its self.
For the stomach upset, you take folic acid before you take your weekly does. And you don't take it on an empty stomach.
They do the blood tests to make sure it isn't effecting your liver, or your blood counts. It doesn't cause mood problems, but can cause headaches. You just have to be careful, stay away from sick people, and stay out of the sun.
My hair has thinned out some, my nails have stopped growing, and I get headaches that probably aren't related to the MTX anyway. And I have some red discolored skin spots on my legs. And I usually need a long nap on the day I take it. And my stomach stays a little upset for a few days after.
Women of child bearing age, have to take birth control so they don't become pregnant.
Every one reacts different, if the side effects make you feel worse then you did before you started taking. Then your doctor will probably try something else. And I have heard that the injects are easier on the stomach, then the pills.

The first thing you need to do is figure out why your sex drive is low and try to help get it back. I was in your situation and it's not fun without being horny and feeling in the mood when needed. I also felt like my orgasms (if I would even get one) were really weak. Probably because of my sex drive.

However, I tried exercising and dieting but nothing seemed to be working. I thought I was screwed. I then found something just as amazing as the vibrator.

My friend at work told me about this stuff she took to raise her sex drive. It was a natural herbal supplement and was I lucky to of found it. Theres no side effects and the sex drive is just tremendous along with orgasms that are blasting. The stuff is called Hersolution pills. At the time I saved money on them at herenhancement.com

What I did was tried out for 3 months and that was really it. I found taking them every other day or so was the best to stretch it out. After the months were up, I was back to normal with a beating sex drive and my orgasm strength in increased so much.

Well good luck and I hope this helps.
