Anybody out there controlling Rheumatoid Arthritis with diet alone?

I've read a couple instances on the internet where people have gone into remission using food alone. I'm just wondering if anyone else out there has been able to do this. If you have, can you leave a way for me to contact you? I'd be much obliged.

I can't have drugs as I am allergic to them, and so have to control my RA and I have OA and osteoarthritis with food and diet also I use aromatherapy, massage, healing etc.

I then qualfied in complementary medicine and though I have had RA and OA since 1982, when it was first diagnosed I am not too badly deformed.

I do have a lot of trouble walking and am in pain a lot but as I have said I can't have drugs only half a paracetamol every four hours at the most.

If you would like to email me I will send details and help where I can.

I have gained significant relief from joint pain in my hip from taking a natural botanical food supplement. I recently tested this for myself by stopping taking it for three weeks and then started again.

A lot of Arthritis suffers, and people with other condition have also benefited from taking it.

If you want to find out more then have a look at www.justintra.net/arogers

Although a majority of people do feel a benefit from taking it, it obviously doesn't work for everyone, so they offer a 30 day money back guarentee if you don't notice any improvement.

I've heard that getting a test done for allergies and then eliminating those foods (if you have any) is a big help (though I don't have arthritis). It helps stop the inflammation.

No citrus fruits, wheat, and in some people, dairy products is supposed to help too. Generally though, having the allergy test is better as you take out only those foods you have to, rather than limiting your diet too much.

I`ve seen fantastic results with fasting, as a matter of detoxing the body, but it needs to be supervised by a doctor or naturopath. Also bioresonance treatment is very effective.

Some of the patient I have ever come across do that, but I am not sure how much afford have they put in just to maintain the result.
