My dad has rheumatoid arthritis. Is there any way he can get his medicine for free?

I hate to ask this because I hate taking hand outs. But there really is no other way.

He takes a shot that comes in a burgundy box called Humira Adalimumab. it had to be refrigerated. Anyway I'm trying to describe it the best I can.

But if you know someone who got it for free, and how could you please post the link below. The company who is offering it for free said he needed to be on welfare to get it which honestly is unthinkable at this time....

I would appreciated it if a actual person who has done it before could answer me. But I really don't care less as long as we can get them. He already doesn't take them every time he is suppose to since they are so expensive. So anything helps really.

I have not done it myself but I have done it for patients :)

Hopefully I can help you as well!

Below is the link you need to go to which has the patient assistance forms. Fill out what you know and then take the rest of them in to your healthcare providers office and the nurse finish them for your healthcare provider to sign. Then your healthcare provider can fax them in and you should have an answer in less then a week. If you fax it in on say, a Monday, then your should know by Friday. Just give them a call if you haven't heard from them in a week. Be sure to also have your healthcare provider attach a NEW prescription to the forms as a RX is required to complete the process.

Best wishes to your Father!
If I can be of any other assistance, please e-mail me through my profile.
