Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, I would like to bring my niece to capoiera classes and she has JRA?

Is this a terrible idea?

P.S she is 11 years old

i was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at the age of two. my arthritis is very sketchy-i can be hurting terribly one day and fine the next day. i would recommend taking her to the classes because that would help her fell that the arthritis isn't controlling her life and not allowing her to be a normal kid. ask her each day before the class if she feels up to it.
im not exactly sure what a capoiera class is though. i guess it depends on the amount of physical activity involved in the class.
