Is there anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis who wants to explore natural therapies with me ?

One thing I want to do also, is explore diet as a way of treating RA. I just ordered "Conquering Arthritis". Anyone want to join me for mutal support?

I will encourage you right here. A change in diet changed my life. My condition is only maybe 10% of what it was previously. Our immune systems are sensitive to what we eat, what we are exposed to and also, to the drugs we take. The conventional treatments for rheumatoid arthritis are insane, with the drugs destroying the very thing that needs to be strengthened, the immune system. I am unfamiliar with the book, Conquering Arthritis, but can tell you a vegan diet and that means no meat or meat products, daily walking for exercise and a positive outlook have turned my life around. Good luck. You are on the right track. It is 80% diet that aggravates this condition.
Combination of Glucosamin Sulphate and Chondritin will help you to get cured. It is a time taking treatment can take upto 10 11 months. During treatment try to take 4 ltrs of extra water than what you take normally.
I have used hyaluronic acid for joint pain. It is incredible. I know at least 5 people using it now, and we all swear by it. It is liquid form, no pills.. you don't have to take it on a full stomach.. so easy. It really works wonders. My mother has arthritis really bad, has been getting shots, taking pills and still lives in pain. She had to wear a neck collar it was so bad. I bought her a bottle online and shipped it to her for mothers day... she just called me to thank me... she said she didn't need to wear her collar the past few days and her back was feeling better than it has in years. It only took 4 days for her to notice a difference. I was taken Hyalun (actually for horses) because I could get it locally..but synthovial 7 is the same exact thing for humans. I sent her the synthovial 7 so she wouldn't get freaked out.
Try a food elimination diet. Although food sensitivities are often overlooked by conventional physicians, numerous articles have reported significant relief of RA symptoms after certain foods were eliminated.
The most frequent offenders include dairy, egg, corn, wheat, and citrus fruits. Keep a diary of all the foods and beverages you consume, and when, and note whenever your RA symptoms worsen. Then experiment by cutting out all the potentially offending foods for at least seven and preferably 10 days and gradually reintroducing them one at a time. By doing this you're likely to figure out if a dietary culprit is worsening your symptoms.

Perform gentle non-weight-bearing exercises, such as swimming.

Try physical therapy; massage, heat, or cold packs may help too.

Get plenty of rest -- 10 to 12 hours or more a night if needed.

Drink green tea - 2-3 cups/day. It can reduce chronic joint inflammation and slow cartilage breakdown.

Eat more olive oil.

There's no cure for rheumatoid arthritis, but any of the remedies listed in the chart may alleviate chronic pain, reduce inflammation, or help slow joint damage. They can be used alone or together, as well as with conventional drugs. Effects may take several weeks to be felt.
