Can an elderly person have schizophrenia? |
Can an elderly person have schizophrenia? Also, a schizophrenic can be elderly. I am 76 yrs old and have had schizophrenia paranoia since about the age of 28. An elderly person can have undiagnosed schizophrenia...but it is very unlikely they would develop schizophrena at this age Anybody can have schizophernia. It is a long term illness so can affect someone from when they are a teenager right through till they get old. |
