Sex differences on schizophrenia?

what are gender differences associated with schizophrenia that could lead to believe higher predispositions in one gender's vulnerability to the disorder (or more intense form of the disorder)?

Hey, alright here's what I got. Schizophrenia strikes women 3-4 years later than men. Most men develop schizophrenia between 15-25 years of age and maximum period of onset in women is 15-30. There is also a smaller period of onset between ages 45-50 because of the low levels of estrogen. Women also have a better prognosis than men. Girls mature faster and develop schizophrenia later on giving more time for social and emotional development, which may may help cope during schizophrenia.
Men show more negative symptoms and cognitive deficits with greater structural damage to the brain and neurophysiological abnormalities. Women display more affective symptoms, auditory hallucinations, and persecutory delusions.
