Can schizophrenia cause?

can pranoid schizophrenia cause a bipolar disorder

No. They are two separate disorders. They are similar in that you can have a genetic tendency towards developing the disorder, stress or trauma can cause the disorder to rear it's ugly head, and that these disorders in particular can rarely be managed without proper medication. However, one does not cause the other.

There is another disorder called schizoaffective disorder which falls into the same category as schizophrenia, but with mood disregulation (which is also a characteristic of bipolar disorder)

This question makes no sense. The cause of neither schizophrenia nor bi-polar are known and so one can not CAUSE the other although both may be present at the same time. Remember diagnosis of these disorders does not rely on any blood, urine, or other physical test but is a matter of opinion of a trained psychiatrist only.

Good luck with your diagnosis, good mental health, peace and Love!

no sweetie but it can feel like that sometimes.
