Is schizophrenia actually an abuse of being poisoned with Narcotic like drugs and home brewed poisons?

Mental illness can be caused by many things. This can include druga buse, yes. Marijuana is known to increase the likelihood of schizophrenia. Other mental illnesses are the result of abuse, whether emotional, sexual, or physical, often during childhood. Such people are victims, not perpetrators. Do you have any idea how offensive the suggestion is that such people are responsible for their illness when in fact it is something that has been done to them? You need to do your research more thoroughly.

Just because you have schizophrenia doesn't mean that you have taken drugs. Schizophrenia can hit someone who has no history of drug abuse.

No, schizophrenia is a condition that is diagnosed by looking for a specific chemical...I think it has to do with dopamine production. While many drugs can produce side effects that are similar to behaviors characteristic of schizophrenic patients, it is mere coincidence. You cannot get schizophrenia from drugs.

um.... schitzophrenia is generally characterized as hallucinations, coupled with often times anxiety, paranoia, dementia and psychosis.
I would say it is more of a genetic disease but is often 'self treated' with narcotics and alcohol.
