Hi, were doing a report on schizophrenia and my friend and I have to contact someone for our research report. We were wondering if you guys might have any clue towards any type of contacts we can make with someone with schizophrenia. thank you Contact your local mental health board and ask them if there's anybody in community outreach that can give you a first-hand description of schizophrenia. my ex boyfriend sufferers from schizophrenia, it can be hereditary or by usage of illegal drugs in his case i think it was hereditary because his uncle had it too. its all in the head like illusions of people or things and voices, usually negative voices, people that suffer from this can be dangerous to other people or to themselves. many people with schizophrenia think that they can hear or read other peoples minds. You could get in touch with psychiatric institutions, psychiatrist, psychologists or counsellors and request their assistance. You can write a letter request stating your research. my ex-husband. you should read the book stuck in neutral by terry trueman. he writes A LOT of books about schizophrenia. Also the books are short books. |
