Why do people with schizophrenia walk backwards? |
i have a neighbor that walk backwards I don't see that with people who have schizophrenia. Maybe some do, but it definitely is not all. I am a schizophrenic; I do not walk backwards. I have known many schizophrenics in my lifetime and never knew one to walk backwards. I did see a mental patient who walked backwards all the time in a mental hospital years ago, He had OCD not schizophrenia. I suggest "boning up" on the various mental illnesses by typing them into a Yahoo! web search and studying, The public misinformation on and misunderstanding of mental disorders is abysmal. people with schizophrenia do not all walk backwards, infact i'm yet to see one that does. do you know your neighbour has schizophrenia? he may have ocd and be compelled to do this. Michael Jackson does that too. |
