Can fish oil prevent schizophrenia?

I have asked myself that very same question. It CANNOT hurt and it has been proven to improve brain function. So while I cannot give you a diffenitive answer, I would and I am using fish oil. Good luck. I wish you the best.

i dont know about schizophrenia but taking lots of fish oil has made a huge difference for my bipolar disorder

If it could for certain then we would have everybody drinking fish oil. More research with more patients needs to be done.
