Can PCP -angel dust - cause schizophrenia ?

To the best of our current knowledge, the answer is no. As the article you've linked points out, psychedelic drugs (particularly PCP and LSD) are sometimes used as models of schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders. While this has lead to some useful information (the possible role of glutamate, for example), they are far from perfect. In particular, they lack many of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia, and provide positive symptoms that are actually somewhat a characteristic of schizophrenia. The hallucinations and delusions associated with both drugs are primarily visual or synesthesthetic, while schizophrenia is more commonly associated with auditory or tactile hallucinations.

That said, PCP and LSD can still cause considerable neurological damage, such as major cell death in the serotonergic tracts.
