Schizophrenia-Cannabis and Ecstasy? |
When i smoke cannabis and take ecstasy i experience extreme paranoia and some symptoms of schizophrenia but when im off the drugs i experience it a lot less. when sober i do suffer from a lot of paranoia but nothing like when im on the drugs and i was wondering whether i could be slowly developing schizophrenia or is it purely the drugs? Basically will i be ok if i continue to take drugs or will i develop schizophrenia (unless i already have it) thanks x Cannabis and Ecstasy do not cause schizophrenia. However, if it runs in your family and you are high risk, those drugs, cannabis in particular, can make it happen faster. hmmm, maybe if you have symptoms of schizophrenia you should ease back on the ecstasy and slow down on the pot. As a Mom, I say get off the drugs or you will have worse than schizophrenia. They are changing your brain, if you don't believe me look it up on the internet. take yourself off of drugs completely and see how you feel. perhaps it's not only paranoia when you aren't on drugs, it might be anxiety. If a frying pat is hot when you touch it, will you keep touching it? |
