Why/How does ignoring someone cause/ trigger schizophrenia? |
There are articles that talk about this - so how? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/low/health/16957... Schizophrenia can't be caused by someone ignoring someone. It goes much, much more deeper than that. A person 'with' schizophrenia can 'change' if provoked badly enough etc. but it cannot cause the illness. No, none of that can "cause" schizophrenia. The genetic predisposition for schizophrenia must be present for schizophrenia to develop. Environment does, indeed, play a big part in how schizophrenia develops, but it is not the "cause." racism alone can't bring on schizophrenia but if the person is abused physically, mentally or emotionally because of racism that can trigger schizophrenia. but it can only do so if the person is already wired genetically for schizophrenia. Pressure can bring mental disorders to the fore but schizophrenia is latent and can't be 'caused' by external factors. This is a false assertion. |
