Is talking to himself even casually, a symptom or an initial stage of paranoidal schizophrenia ? ?

or is it just like a normal dream like delusions and can be controlled ?
I personally have seen many people of talk to themselves in times of stress ..

Well, everyone talks to themselves, especially during stressful times, but if it has become something that you notice often or conversational, it may be getting to be a problem. Just stay aware of it because your doctor will probably tell you the same. But, if it becomes conversational where there are different personalities taking control, it's time to seek help.

In the mean time, try a different means of de-stressing... thinking about something pleasant you want or did

Its human nature that we generally discuss / share our problem to our friends for finding out its soluction and it works , .Sometime it also happnens that during sharing your problme with your friends you atrandum find out the right soluction by your own. This thing can also be applicable with youself , means discuss the same with yourself and think its all dispite .... not thing but say or utter the word , this will certainly work bcoz I passed thru the same several times. Almost 6 years ago I used to go to the place that was far from public crowd and surrounded with trees, where I sit and think about the soluction (not problem ) and several time I find the right soluction

I think you may also apply the same thing for getting the soluction
and believe me you will never be look at other for solving you day to day problem that you may solve by being with yourself.

I would be very worried if you were right

Being alone for long periods of time (especially in silence) tends to make you talk to yourself, even daydreams can come out through talking to yourself.

I even discuss with myself if I am crazy because I'm talking to myself.

People with schizophrenia have an altered perception of reality, often a significant loss of contact with reality. They may see or hear things that don鈥檛 exist, speak in strange or confusing ways. People talk to themselves occasionally to release stress or their emotions

Schizophrenics actually see and hear things that aren't there. As in audible voices that speak out of nowhere. (Not just thoughts that respond mentally as an inner dialogue).

Talking to yourself is a sign of sanity. :)

noooooo.
i talk to myself occasionally, and i'm fine lol. i usually do it so i can understand something better (weird i know)

everyone talks to themselves...why jump to such a bad conclusion?

I think nearly everyone talks to themself sometimes. Especially when alone.

Talk to myself all the time & it works for me...=]
