Schizophrenia and genetics(Heredity)?

im doing a presentation in psychology class, and i need to talk about how Schizophrenia is tied to genetics. Can anyone please give me a good website with a lot of info about this. Something that would help me with a good presentation. Also some pictures, visuals Thanks!!

Your chances of having schizhoprenia are:
1%, if you have no relations with it, 50% if your identical twins has it, 12% fraternal twin, 12% one parents has it, 40% if two parents have it.

As far as I understand it, schizophrenia is caused by some types of single nucleotide polymorphisms, located on the Neuregulin 3 gene.
