Would you help me spread a cure for Schizophrenia?

I first came down with schizophrenia when I was 16, but I had no idea what had happened to me. I just knew that I had lost my ability to function like I used to and I couldn't remember who I was anymore. It happened right as my friend was getting across to my mind that other people were around me that I couldn't see, and I noticed people around (which later I have realized is an ability known as telepathy) He then said that they could know everything about me. That is when the illness hit, because it was not true that people can know everything about you, even if they could be in our minds.

What I have come to, that has cured me, is that people can not know who you are. Because, Who you believe yourself to be in your heart is who you are (Your Soul) From your soul is where you get regular functioning. You can decide how you want to come across to people and what is important for you to do and get done. If you believe that somebody could know this part of you it would throw you off completely from who you really are, and you would not be able to function the same and also you would begin to think all sorts of different dillusions about who you are and what reality really is!

So regaining a stable concept of what a normal person's function is has enabled me to reconnect with my actual soul and to be in control of a 'me' that I actually recognize. To do this you must know that you heart (feelings) and your soul (who you believe yourself to be in your heart.) are hidden from the world.

I think a functioning in ourselves that we had never known about came over us suddenly and we were unable to distinguish the true boundry lines. This functioning is known as telepathy, being able to connect with other people in our minds. This is a function that we have control over. We can control what we speak in a similar manner to controling what we think. So having your thoughts known isn't a privacy issue seeing that we choose what we will reveal to people!

I am happy for you that you have found a spiritual way of curing your schizophrenia. However, I don't see the clinical value of what you are promoting. In the risk of offending you, either your schizophrenia was misdiagnosed or you had a very mild form of it.

I caution anyone the recommends a treatment program for a mental illness that does not include some for of medication therapy. Mental illnesses are just that, actually illnesses, and most cannot be "gotten over" by soul searching.

What you promote here sounds like a very calm, holistic way to gain control over ones life. I do not agree with it as a cure for schizophrenia.

I agree with Bradley. You were probably bipolar or schizo affective, or psychotic depressive. Without meds, most of us would have no control. Anyway, what you are talking about is not a "cure" it is a frame of mind that helps you. I understand your excitment in this, but you are being a little bit ignorant to assume that what worked for you will work for everyone else. Though it is nice that you want to spread something good that happened to you to everyone else.

you're very right about how we all decide who we are and how we come across to people. take a class or read up on sociology. very interesting stuff in that regard. If you really want to be happy, try being that person who you believe you are deep down inside. Lieing about who you are simply makes people depressed, go into crisis, etc.

As for your telepathy theory, I almost want to say you thinking more of reading other peoples faces/body language/gestures etc.....reading between the lines if you will. The reason I venture this forward is because there's no way you could connect two minds together without some sort of connection, and the only real connections that have thus far been proven are things such as speech, body language and all that.

But again if you really feel that telepathy is a real thing that you can control, seriously consider forming a hypothesis and testing it...I'm sure the findings would be interesting to many, myself included.

(make sure there is a doctor in your life always, they're trained to keep you healthy, no matter how you wrap your mind around that its good to have one on your side)

I had schitzophrenia too and Invega cured me.I don't know what would happen if I got off my medicine.I got off it for a couple of days and I started to see things.I think that you made a good point with what you said.So your saying just look within you and realize what reality is?I'm sorry I don't really understand what you mean. Can you email me?
