I have Schizophrenia?

My doctor said i got becuase smoking p#t. He also said i be cure in next agust where i will be completing 2 years of treat ment. Is it possible?

i jake read your other questions u also question bi polar illness pot does not cause schizophrenia or bipolar illness there is no cure for schizophrenia and defiantly does not have a fixed time period with proper diagnosis and treatment u can live a reasonably good life depending on the degree of the illness u defiantly need another doctor oddly enough a psychiatrist told me that uppers cause more problems with psychiatric meds than pot hope this helps

No. Schizophrenia is not caused by smoking marijuana. And there is no cure.
Find another doc.
Firstly schizophrenia is a serious brain disorder it is very hard for some1 to distinguish between real and unreal things.Secondly it can be MANAGED NOT CURED.Thirdly no definite cause of schizophrenia can be found so therefore u need to see a new doctor and the one that gave u that information should be shot

besides being schizo' isn't the worst thing that could happen. read a book on the clinical diagnosis for schizofrenia:) and seriously analyse how many symptoms you have.. then decide. how much **t did you say you smoked? just kidding. you're doctor does seem shady,but all he wants is for you to be normal..listen to him.. and quit smokin p**! -m

You don't get schizophrenia from smoking pot, I got it when I was 13 and it is possible to, not neccessarily "cure" it, but make it better to where you are rediagnosed as something lesser, say schizoaffective. I'd recommend getting a new doctor and being rediagnosed.
