I have Schizophrenia, what should I do?

I hear those voices, they were telling me to go back to work. They were telling me to stop worrying about death. Why do these voices and thoughts keep talking to me. They were telling me what to do with my life. And I ask what the meaning of life, they said I don't know. And when I ask what happens after we die, they say we just die.

What am I to do?

What do your Schizophrenia voices talk to you about?

There is one interesting theory that the "voices" are really other parts of your consciousness, expressing thoughts that "you" disagree with at times. In non-schizophrenic folks, we recognize these subconscious thoughts as having come from inside our heads and don't treat them as separate entities.

At least it sounds like your "other voices" aren't threatening. That's good. To the extent possible, try to understand that they're all parts of yourself.

Stay on your meds, and good luck. And congrats for having the bravery to actually open up about this in public. That takes cojones.

peace
DONT LISTEN TO THEM AND MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR MEDICINE
stay on your meds, take your dose right now, this is your voice speaking to you.
I don't have schizophrenia, so i'm not really well-learned about this condition. However, i think you should ignore these voices, because they don't seem to be doing any good or saying anything worth listening to. Stop talking to the voice, and if it says something, distract yourself by listening to music or calling a friend. Keep reminding yourself that these are just voices---they're not really there. If this becomes too difficult to handle, find a doctor and get some help.
take your meds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Did a psychiatrist tell you that you have schizophrenia??? If so, why did he not put you on medication??? There are meds that enable people to live good lives. The voices you hear are probably just your own thoughts. Sounds like you are depressed. You still need to see a professional.
This doesn't sound like Schizophrenic voices; these sound like common sense. I don't have the disease, but I have a dear friend that does, and the voices in her head torture her.

If you believe you are having a problem with voices in your head, tell your mental health professional.
