Whats the differences between a schizophrenia and social pathic behavior? |
Whats the differences between a schizophrenia and social pathic behavior? These are totally different classifications of mental disorder, as others have mentioned. Sociopaths are sometimes classified as having an antisocial personality disorder. Sociopaths are people that will break the law, exploit others, do just about anything they damn well want to do, because they seem to lack a normal conscience. Schizophrenics are not sociopaths. They sometimes are driven by impulses to do things that may be harmful to themselves or others, often things that they may not want to do but feel compelled to do by the voices they hear. Schizophrenia can often be controlled by drugs, although side effects from the drugs may cause some schizophrenics to reject the drug treatment. As far as I know (I'm no expert in this field), there are no medical treatments for sociopaths. I suppose a person could be both a schizophrenic and a sociopath, but certainly most schizophrenics are not sociopaths. Outside of the psychiatric world, sociopaths might be considered by many just to be really evil people. For more information on classifications of mental disorders, you could look at the website below. Source(s): http://www.onlineclinics.com/pages/conte... if your rich or not ur age i guess do you mean sociopath? there is a huge difference. A schizo still has a conscience and can determine right from wrong in most cases. Schizophrenia is the division of the mind. People hear voices in their head, and are often taken over by them, becoming a whole new personality. They tend to back away from society because of that, and schizophrenia isn't the person's fault, either. Sociopathic behavior is when people intentionally don't want to be around or socialize with people. They make it happen themselves. So schizophrenia is an unintentional division from society and sociopathic behavior is intentional division from society. Hope this helps! .:Lark:. Try socio-pathic for your reference. |
