What do you know about schizophrenia? |
Is it an illness or "something else"? From what I can remember out of Abnormal Psych class, it's a thought disorder with many subtypes; the main symptom is the inability to understand what's reality and what's not. There's a lot of controversy over diagnosing it since the symptoms are not easily defined. It is a disorder which can be characterized by psychotic symptoms, such as hallucinations, delusions, disturbance in thinking,disorganized speech, etc. its an illness.... i suffer from schizoaffective disorder so i know a lot more about schizophrenia than i ever wanted to.... it ..by the way....is not multiple personality disorder or a split personality as most people think..... http://sensitive-psychoworld.blogspot.co... |
