What are the symptoms of schizophrenia? |
Age and Sex is important! i have schizophrenic episodes.i have violent rages,i used to hear voices, feel like ppl r against me,n i have blackouts.according to my doctor muli personalities r not associated with schizophrenic but it seems as though when i experience episodes that i dont remember what ive done.so i think that maybe the personalities come when im experiencing schizophrenic episodes.i used to hear voices alot but medication has stopped the voices.but if i get stressed,i hear the mumbling start.ive trained myself to take the medicine when i have that experience. http://www.schizophrenia.com/diag.html#c... Schizophrenia usually appears in the early thirties. A glaring symptom is a person's loss of touch with reality. A lot of people with this mental illness hear voices and talk to these voices. They may think the televison is talking only to them. I don't know if it is particular to one sex or the other. These are just some of the points I remember from nursing school. They are not able to contact with the real world.Have positive or negative symptom. Positive included Delusion & holosination. I think social-psychological factors are very importan. If your crazy as a shiite house rat then you may be a schizzo. Why is it that the voices never tell people to do nice things like clean up the house, take out the garbage or help an old lady across the street? Hmm This is a web site that has some very helpful answers. A guy it can start from an early age of 16. I know this for a fact since I have a loved one who suffers from this. http://www.mentalhealth.com/book/p40-sc0... u can learn more at www.webmd.com |
