Can mercury in immunizations cause schizophrenia?

Can mercury in immunizations cause schizophrenia?

No. Most cases can be traced to the genes, so it is inherited. That said, it may be multicausal. The link below really delves into it better than I could in a little message.

The amount of mercury in vaccines is unlikely a risk factor. Source(s): http://www.schizophrenia.com/hypo.php...
No.
If immunizations caused schizophrenia, then many more of us would be ill!
They took mercury out of All immunizations in the late 1980"s
No, you do not have enough to trifle you, and mercury is not present in immunizations.

Mind you that it takes a while at a constant level of exposure to attain mercury poisoning.

Mercury does not cause schizophrenia or any related affective disorders, it does cause a similar afflicition. It took many years to cause severe mercury poisoning in the Minemata prefecture of Japan from eating fish and shellfish caught downstream from a photo paper plant that dumped it's effluent waste into the stream that fed the bay.
See the bibliography and bio of the late Eugene Smith, photojournalist that documented all this in a book.
