There is no vitamin, herb, mineral or any other "natural" rememdy for this condition. But there are medications that can treat schizophrenia successfully. Please see your doctor/therapist. Source(s): drug researcher

EPA (Omega 3 Fatty Acids), Niacin, COQ10 among others have been known to help but I don't know of a cure.
There is no cure for any psychiatric condition, only drugs that can help make the symptoms less severe. Therapy helps too but is not a permanent cure.
