Can heath food and vitamins help schizophrenia?

Can heath food and vitamins help schizophrenia?

You need to take medication if you have schizophrenia. However, counseling, social support and a good diet plus exercise are really good too, and probalby would help keep you stable. A lot of people with schizophrenia have a poor diet, so if you can eat a healthy diet, that's great! (I'm bipolar, but I know some people with schizophrenia)
health food and vitamins help everyone
you should take what Dr ordered for
the schizophrenia
health food is a gimmick vitamins are for old foggie like me. what you need is a BALANCED diet you need to definately eat breakfast everyday if you are a working person. and you need to eat a healthy lunch like a subway you know? BUT what you dont want to do is eat a heavy meal at night! eat anthing you want to at the dinner tabe no matter whats prepared but heres what you do. get a saucer and load it up with as much as you can get on it and eat that and stop. I garontee you will stop being scared of everything and everybody if you do this. and you will sleep better and look better.
They can help. But you need to always follow your Dr. or Psychiatrist advice and keep getting any other recommended therapy.
