I've been accused of paranoia/schizophrenia. How do I prove some people are actually conspiring against me? Only a Psychiatrist has the training and expertise to diagnose a mental health condition. If the accuser was not a Psychiatrist; then they have no authority to say that about you. well. the question you just asked could prove that you have paranoia. Why would people conspire against you? aww i wish i could help you im not sure what totell you but ill blow you a kiss for good luck mwah x and remember keep smiling you will prove them wrong someday try making them paranoid too !! goodluck mwah xxxxx ;0) try whispering behind them and saying you was not and let them feel paranoid for a while we have all been there at some point in our lives im sure of it :) you have to belive that the people around you are trying to help you and have your best interest at heart. i had to pack up playing rugby due to paranoia? every time there was a scrum down..i thought they were all talking about me? Simple. When you hear their thoughts, just write everything down and confront them with it at a later time. |
