How do you get rid of Schizophrenia?

I want to end Schizophrenia. I feel alone and lonely, and I have to hallucinate all the time. I want to end the auditory hallucinations. I have no friends, I have nothing. I worry about death.

Oh, sweetie, are you taking your meds?? I'm afraid that's the only way. I know the side effects are bad, but it will definitely help.
Work with your doctor to find a useful medication or group of medications. It will never go away completely but it is usually controllable.

you can't "get rid of schizophrenia"...you just have to find some medication that can make your auditory hallucinations calm down. I knew a girl that finally was able to get her 13 people to stop fighting with her.....she said that after being on the medication for 2 weeks has made them hush down...thought they still talk to her but not to the point where she was cursing at them and them waking her up at night.
