Is unplugging everything in the house a symptom of schizophrenia?

The action of unplugging everything isn't a symptom of anything in particular. The motivation may be. Paranoia? Irresistible compulsion? Eccentric personality? My grandmother unplugged everything because she just didn't 'trust' electricity. She didn't know anything about it and wasn't about to 'chance' it.
No... but excessive compulsive disorder is a possibility

there are no definete signs /symptoms of schizophrenia.Symptoms present in people with schizophrenia can also occur as a part of other mental illnesses. Its only when certain group of symptoms are present for certain period of time can one be diagnosed with schizophrenia.
Unpluuging everything though does sound odd maya or or may not be a manifestation of schizophrenia
I don't think that simply unplugging everything is a symptom of Schizophrenia, but if you hear voices telling you that you have to, or if you are experiencing hallucinations, then it might be.
