Losing your virginity later on in life really cause sexual dysfunction? |
I read that losing your virgnity at a later age (22 and over) may cause sexual dysfunction...does anyone have experience with this? especially women? Who can wait until their 28 to have sex/get married...the fertility peak ends @ 28. I read the same thing and here is the link to the article if anyone would be interested to read it. Personally, I fell into what the researchers considered the average age. I have no sexual dysfunctions, never had an STD, never been pregnant, etc. I guess it makes a difference when you receive actual sex education and not abstinence training as we see nowadays in school. And also my parents were realistic about their childrens sexuality and taught me what I needed to know long before I became sexually active. that is so untrue No, it won't cause sexual dysfunction. Having sex too young can cause emotional dysfunction later in life, but I've never heard that waiting can cause problems. I think if you know your own body, waiting to lose your virginity won't have any effect on your sexuality. I imagine if you're not comfortable with your body, losing your virginity at any age will result in sexual dysfunction. I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life....people will believe anything. To begin with, the female body isn't fully mature until 22 or over, and each woman is individual as to fertility peak. NO, waiting until you are mature enough to enjoy it, does not cause sexual dysfunction. Having sex and having babies in your teens DOES. I have never heard of this before. |
