Can a man with erectile dysfunction achieve orgasm or get sexual satisfactionwithout an erection?

The ED is because of diabetes.

my bf has diabeties and sometimes he can't get fully erect or he loses it completely but he is still able to acheive orgasm. if you have a loving and willing partner and a bit of lube to help get things going you should be fine.

it is possible to have an orgasm even with ed. if you haven't orgasmed in a while, you will inevitably build up a lot of sperm which will be released during your sleep. hence the name, wet dream. you can also find ways to please yourself, which is fine since you can take your time to find out what you like. although the diabetes will make having an erection more difficult, you will eventually be able to find something that stimulates you enough if you take your time and experiment

It just will be the ED and the resulting low sexual activity to do that possible. When horny, with or without erection the orgasm even can arrive.
