How to cure sinusitis lasting for over 10 years?

I have had sinusitis since I was 14. I saw many different doctors and tried many different medicines, but nothing seemed to help. I was using various nasal sprays and antibiotics, but as soon as I would stop my treatment, the symptoms would come back. My main problem is stuffy nose- I cannot sleep at night because i can't breathe. Every day I have to carry Kleenex tissues with me wherever I go, because the nose gets stuffed so easily. It can be a hot summer day or a cold winter- my nose is stuffy. I am currently only using a sea water spray to rinse my nose before I go to bed. I do not want to go back on antibiotics or prescription nose drops because they only help for a while and then the symptomps come back. Help!

As a nurse that has worked in ENT i can recomend:
Antihistamines to reduce congestion, swelling and dripping nose,

Decongestants (sudafed, cold and flu medication) but you can only use these for less than 5 days at a time,
nasal irrigation , this flushes bacteria and allergens from the sinuses and is a great preventative and treatment!!!,

Antibiotics are commonly prescribed for 5-14 days as it may be an unresolved infection but if its viral or fungal they do nothing.

Many allergens such as dust, cat/dog hair, mould, pollen should be eliminated as much as is practical.

Accupuncture and accupressure has helped me also. The steam inhalers are great and have a similar function to nasal irrigation. Natural medications containing: vit C, echinacea, zinc, horseradish and garlic can help boost the immune system and provide symptom relief.

Try the salty nasal spray 3 times a day for 2 weeks and a steroid spray 10 mins following nasal irrigation. Have you consulted a ENT specialist. Surgery is a last resort, but a good treatment if nothing works.

I know of people that have surgery for that, and it goes away
