What is the best homeo medicine for frontal sinusitis and right nasal congestion?

I am suffering from chronic Sinusitis and right nasal congesation fro last 5 years.Every moment cold breeds at my forehead.I had taken so many antibiotics,vitamins ,anti allergic and injections.But,I feel no trace of relief.I had taken so many homeo medicines also like Basilinum200,San Can,Cal Carb,Nat Mur,Psorinum,Nux,Turbercullinum,Bellodon... alb,Kali Iod,Kali Nitricum ,Aconite,and Arnica etc.But,no relief.Kindly help me.
I have also taken Kali Bicho,Kali sulph,Mer sol ,Arg Nit,Pulstilla etc and some bichomemic medicine like Nat Mur 6x,Silica6x,Nat Sulph 6x etc.But no relief.

Wont help sinusitus (initially), but if you want to clear nasal congestion, learn the Buteyko breathing method. Don't believe it can work ? Try this simple test: pinch your nose lightly to block off air (so you don't cheat), breathe out and don't breathe in again, rock your head up and down for as long as you can, but breathe in before it becomes way too uncomfortable. When you breathe in, try to do it gently and through your nose (very hard to do the first few times as you are starved for breath and want to gulp it in !). Wait maybe 20-30 seconds till you are breathing normally again and repeat, 3 or 4 times. If you are doing it properly, your nose will be clear.

Well, have you ever tried putting a dehumidifier in your room? Seems like you have tried everything else. Not even sure what most of the stuff you have listed is. Have you tried allergy medication? I know it isn't homeopathic medicine but if nothing else works.

Also my ex husband will use warm water to flush his nostrils out. You can get nasal spray that does not have medicine in it and try that.

Better than medication, try this.
You may be allergic to some thing (dust, smoke, pollution, water stagnation, etc).
Try to change your living place to at a higher altitude than the present one.
My friend had similar trouble when he lived in Bangalore. Just moved 40 km - out to Mandya. He was totally normal. No medicines taken.

Ocean Nasal Spray. Its just salt water, but it works wonders for me! You can use the generic form as well!
