How to cure sinusitis?

Well, to recover quickly, treat it like a cold.

Drink lots of water and cut out sugar, dairy, and fats.

Take vitamin C, and other vitamins like zinc to boost your immune system.

And DO NOT blow your nose too hard.

If you go to the doctor, she will prescribe antibiotics and decongestants. If you decide to take them, take ALL the antibiotics until they are gone, even if you feel better and still have 5 pills left or something. Decongestants require lots of water, so drink at least 8 glasses or more.

can this make you feel dead tired?

there is no cure other than antibiotics and most of the time those do not work, i am afraid you may have to ride it out and treat the symtoms that bother you the most.
