Ayurveda & Sinusitis?

Hello,

I am suffering from Sinusitis from last 13 years.
But since Jan 2008 I am having some more problem.
The main problem is, I feel Head Heaviness and feel to give support of my hand to my head. When I work on computer or do any study work I feel giddiness also.

Some time I feel lightheadness also.

I have done my MRI brain.

The result of that is as follows.

Ethmoidal, Frontal and bilateral mazillary sinusitis. Mucosal thickening noted in sphenoid sinus , PAN Sinusitis.

So I want to know the permanent solution for this problem. Any one who had taken Ayurveda Treatment or Homeopath? What about Sinus Surgery?

so please help me out in this.
