Sinusitis, pain in right side of head? |
I had an MRI scan earlier this year which showed swelling in the right sphenoid and ethmoid sinus glands. Could this be causing pulsating pain in the right side of my head? My doctor pretty much blew it off as "nothing life threatening" but how is sinusitis treated? I'm against antibiotics unless absolutely necessary.. thank you :) This definitely could be causing that pain. Get a neti pot and use that to flush the contaminants out of your sinuses. Otherwise, look into mucinex or sudafed to open up the nasal passages. It shouldn't cause any cognitive symptoms unless the pain is driving you crazy. If you have any types of sinus issues, you need to check out silverguardian.com. It has been taking place of antibiotics, is non-toxic and works fast. This may help your issue. Good luck. |
