Swollen gums and sinusitis?

If I have got sinusitis and sore upper molars (underneath the cheek) and my dentist checked them out yesterday and said there were no dental problems, do I need to go and see him again as my gums have swollen or is this a good sign that the pain is getting better.

The doctor confirmed I had sinusitis and I have got antibiotics.

I agree...follow the doctors directions. I do knwo that sometimes when we drink or swosh around in our mouths warm water or better yet warm salty water. cup of water. put your own salt in it. this often releives the pressure of the swollen area for a short time and the salt is like an natural killer or germs and slight healer too.

Thanks! and I hope your feeling better. : ) Report Abuse

Just take the antibiotics as prescribed. it will go away. I have had this before and my gums have been so sore. Theya re all connected.
