I have sinusitus and have a pressure at the bridge(top of my nose) and in my head.I also have stiffness and pain at the top of my neck where it meets the head.I also have pins and needles ie tingling sensation in my fingers and feet and occassionally raised veins.Ive also noticed both arms appear stiff.Should I be worried-I keep going to Accident and emergency but doctor sends me away only with antibiotics to try to clear up the sinus infection in the nose and head
