Sinusitis arrythmia?

I have been diagnosed with sinusitus arrythmia- Ive had mri scan ultrasound brain ct scan have pressure in frontal sinuses and would like to know how i can get rid of it- also causes my hands and feet to tingle(pins and needles and makes my veins come up) any ideas how to get rid of it-tried nasal sprays and sinutab tablets but these do nothing
