SINUSITIS?? slight swelling on cheek and ache behind eye????????

is this sinus trouble?? the side that it is on tends to be more blocked than the other??

Yes, it probably is. With antibiotics it will go in about 7 days, if you leave it it will take a week!

You need a professional (doctor) to check this out for you if it becomes permanent or recurrent. Also you should see your dentist. The roots of upper back teeth often lie with the tips of the roots poking up into the sinus. A bad upper tooth can often be the cause of sinusitis that a doctor will fail to spot.

Conversely quite a few cases of upper tooth pain will be due to sinusitis but your dentist will be switched on to this.

Happy sneezing.
yep sounds like sinus probs
Sounds like it, if so then you need a course of antibiotics. Go see your doctor.
Could also be a wisdom tooth coming, (or going!)
The paranasal sinuses are the air-filled spaces in the bones of the skull that open into the nose. One pair lies in the cheeks and another in the forehead.

There are also a variable number of sinuses between the eyes and the nose. Sinusitis is the infection of these spaces.

Sinusitis may be a short illness (acute sinusitis) or a condition that continues for months or years (chronic sinusitis). Chronic sinusitis is relatively uncommon nowadays
